Position overview
We are looking for motivated Policy Interns to join our office in Brussels for 6 months. In this role you will support the work of the policy team with the daily monitoring, analysis and provision of insight on key regulatory and policy issues across sectors.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Monitoring EU policy developments contribute to running our policy platform,
- Creating concise summaries of European Parliament and Council meetings,
- Supporting the publication of information on the DeHavilland platform and the curation of newsletters,
- Summarising key policy developments in the interest of clients,
- Supporting senior colleagues as required, depending on the policy cycles.
- Participating actively in team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:
- Have a relevant degree related to European policies, economics, law, social sciences or other relevant area,
- Have prior experience monitoring EU policy developments,
- Demonstrate interest in one or more policy fields, preferably around financial services or transport,
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the functioning of the European Union,
- Have strong writing skills in English (fluent),
- Be curious and eager to learn more about policies,
- Have a solid attention to detail,
- Be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment,
- Have interpersonal skills and can integrate within a multicultural team.
